In one training component, the organization LivingWorks was contracted to provide Training-for-Trainers (T4T) for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Ten T4T workshops were conducted to teach individuals to be ASIST trainers so they could disseminate ASIST workshops to colleagues and other individuals in the community. The ASIST workshops spanned two days and taught participants “suicide first aid” so they can recognize those at risk of suicide}, bookauthor = {Karen Chan Osilla and Dionne Barnes-Proby and Mary Lou Gilbert and Rajeev Ramchand and Karen Chan Osilla and Dionne Barnes-Proby and Mary Lou Gilbert and Rajeev Ramchand}, booktitle = {A Case Study Evaluating the Fidelity of Suicide Prevention Workshops in California}, pages = {1--2}, publisher = {RAND Corporation}, title = {A Case Study Evaluating the Fidelity of Suicide Prevention Workshops in California}, year = {2014} }
