Peace Research is published at Menno Simons College, a College of Canadian Mennonite University affiliated with and situated on the campus of the University of Winnipeg. Menno Simons College provides education flowing from Anabaptist Mennonite understandings of faith, peace, and justice while engaging other religious traditions and intellectual perspectives. Faculty members hold advanced degrees in peace and conflict studies, sociology, psychology, economics, history, political studies, anthropology, geography, religion, and social sciences.
Through interdisciplinary programs in Conflict Resolution Studies and International Development Studies with a wide range of courses and practicum opportunities, Menno Simons College prepares students from diverse backgrounds for participation and leadership in local and global communities, with a goal to help promote peace and justice, alleviate conflict, discover new methods of equitable sustainable development, and fight oppression and marginalization.
