Published quarterly by the Irish Jesuits, Studies examines Irish social, political, cultural and economic issues in the light of Christian values and explores the Irish dimension in literature, history, philosophy and religion.

The Irish Province of the Society of Jesus is the local branch of the Society of Jesus, one of the largest religious orders in the Catholic Church. The Irish Province is a registered charity. It directs educational and pastoral work in Ireland.
